Delivery & Returns

Delivery

We currently deliver orders within Finland only.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days depending on the selected delivery service.
Shipping partners may include Posti, PostNord, or Matkahuolto.
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before the order is confirmed.

Right of Cancellation
According to Chapter 6 of the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days after receiving the product.
To exercise the right of cancellation, customers may use the standard withdrawal form or send an unambiguous email statement to sales@aromanepal.fi declaring their decision to withdraw from the purchase.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which the customer or a designated third party (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

Return Conditions
Returned products must be:

• unopened

• unused

• in original packaging
  Coffee products cannot be returned if the package has been opened. This is in accordance with the statutory exception for sealed food products that are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken (Consumer Protection Act §6:16).

Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product unless the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, Aroma Nepal Oy will cover the return shipping costs.
If the customer exercises the right of withdrawal, Aroma Nepal Oy will also reimburse the costs of the original standard delivery to the customer using the cheapest standard shipping method available.

Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the returned product.
