All prices in the webshop include VAT according to Finnish tax regulations.
We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.
Ordering
Products are ordered through the website www.aromanepal.fi using the shopping cart.
After placing an order, the customer receives an order confirmation by email containing:

A valid email address is required to receive the confirmation.

Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a 14‑day right of withdrawal for distance sales in accordance with Chapter 6 of the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, subject to the exceptions described in our Delivery and Returns policy (e.g., sealed food products that cannot be returned once opened). Liability for Defects
Aroma Nepal Oy has statutory liability for defects in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.
If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer should contact our customer service as soon as possible at sales@aromanepal.fi so that we can arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.
Limitation of Liability
Aroma Nepal Oy is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies or events beyond our control.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions. Customers must review the current terms before placing an order.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute concerning a sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiation between the parties, the consumer may submit the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board for resolution.
